Cancel / No Show Fees The chelsea deadline for ILGA sign up is Sunday noon and the deadline for cancellation is Wednesday noon. See below for information on how to cancel. If a player is a late cancel / no show on Thursday, she will have a one week grace period to pay her late cancel / no show fee. She will be paired the first week following the late cancel and will have until the following Sunday (10 days) to pay the fine. If the fine is not paid by that time, she will not be paired. Further, the pairings committee will not call to inform the player that a late fee is due. The tournament chair will send an e-mail advising that a fine is due and the due date. That will be the only reminder that is sent. Here is a summary of the schedule for cancels (this is also on page 11 of the directory):
- Prior to Sunday noon – call Chelsea(either by phone or on-line), use your confirmation number to cancel an event request. YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER WILL NOT WORK AFTER NOON SUNDAY.
- Sunday noon to Wednesday noon – call the ILGA cancel line (317-3651, ext 2)
- After Wednesday noon – call the pro shop (895-0614, ext 7) – using this option will incur a late fee.
